Following the success of Afghanistan’s first SIYB training batch, we proudly conducted the second batch of the Generate Your Business Idea (GYB) and Start Your Business (SYB) training in Kabul. This intensive training, held from December 2 to December 10, 2018, was designed to equip aspiring entrepreneurs with the necessary knowledge and skills to develop business ideas and turn them into reality.
The training was organized by the Afghan National Association for Adult Education (ANAFAE) in partnership with X-pert International Training and Testing Center, ensuring that participants received structured, high-quality entrepreneurship education in an engaging learning environment.
✔ Comprehensive Training Program: This batch covered both GYB (Generate Your Business Idea) and SYB (Start Your Business), helping participants identify viable business ideas and develop practical business plans.
✔ Equal Gender Participation: A total of 22 participants (11 men and 11 women) took part, reinforcing inclusive entrepreneurship in Afghanistan.
✔ Expert Training Delivery: As the lead SIYB Trainer, I conducted the sessions alongside co-trainer Ameer Khan Ameer, ensuring a professional and interactive training experience.
✔ Engaging Learning Environment: Held at the X-pert International Training and Testing Center, participants benefited from practical exercises, group discussions, and real-world case studies.
✔ SIYB Training Materials: Unlike the first batch, where materials were provided for free, this time, official SIYB training manuals were sold to participants, ensuring a sustainable approach to training delivery.
This second SIYB batch reaffirmed the growing demand for entrepreneurial education in Afghanistan. With structured guidance, participants gained the confidence to turn their ideas into sustainable businesses, contributing to economic development and job creation.
As an SIYB Master Trainer, I remain committed to expanding these programs to reach more aspiring entrepreneurs, ensuring that business education continues to empower individuals and communities across Afghanistan.
🚀 Stay tuned as we continue to build a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem!
